      2 hour edition of SLOW YOUR ROLL!  Yamuna Body Rolling in our pj's!  I will be teaching you a whole bunch of lounging poses that you can do all holiday long to keep your stress level at bay and your tight muscles away.   I've got all the equipment, you just show up in your pjs.

      This profoundly powerful total body exercise class is a great mix of YBR Breathing techniques and body rolling flow routines.  
    • Slow Your Roll (Wed 5:30p and 7:15pm)-90 min
      Done by low light on the floor, learn peaceful Zen Restorative YBR® poses that are each held for several cycles of breath. Calms the nervous system, fosters deep muscle & tendon tension release and provides profound bone stimulation.

We've got the WHOLE SAUNA!  Ring in the holiday season with grace, Zen and the tools to tame your tension, at anytime!  Join me for a sublime self-healing Yamuna Body Rolling class, teaching you the fundamentals of Balls to the Wall (wall techniques for massaging the shoulders & neck) as well as Sweet Cheeks & Hammies release (glutes & hamstrings while sitting) intertwined with 2 hours in the sauna.  This 3 hour experience includes a hydrating face mask, herbal foot soak, aromatic body scrub, yummy snacks & delicious refreshing beverages.   If you own your own Yamuna Black balls and the Gold Ball, feel free to bring them.  Otherwise, all equipment is provided for this event and will be available for purchase at a special event rate.  Space is limited, the event is one of a kind!   Registration and pre-payment required by  midnight Saturday, Nov. 17th.

Designed with the bodyworker's "hotspots" in mind, you will learn invaluable self-care techniques that will keep you in optimal health for doing what you do best, taking care of others. Topics covered in the workshop include: breath work, foot fitness, aligning the femurs & thigh muscles, pelvis & hip integrity & alignment, decompressing and stabilizing the lumbar spine, the rib cage, the back & sides of the body and of course, the hands & wrists!
      YBR® for Massage Therapists focuses on:
      • Self-assessment to determine which areas of the body are subject to too much impact and wear and tear
      • Aligning the bones in every area of the body, then aligning the muscles to the bones, thus keeping the body strong and avoiding breakdowns
      • Assessing the massage therapist’s working position; determining whether it is optimal for the therapist and finding more efficient and sustainable ways to position the body
      • Using YBR® as a practice tool to prevent and heal injuries and correct unhealthy work positions, so that the body remains properly aligned while working
